Hi Carla,

This is very nifty...what a creative way to do a tree! I love the button eyes on your person, the birds embedded in the leaves, the colors, just everything. This is so fanciful and odd...good work!

I am not quite sure what it has to do with reflection, but I love the image. It's lovely and whimsical. Great choice of colours.

Beautiful. I think you are reflecting on life, love of nature - birds especially, how you enjoy being different. The blue face has sad connotations but you are still smiling :)

Hi everyone,
Thanks for visiting!

I can see some people are having problems connecting this illustration with reflection...;-).
I don't believe that illustrating reflection should be done in a way which represents something of very deep meditation.Reflection can be about stoping for simple things.I seldom have time to stop and think about everything...Illustration doesn´t need always to be obvious, it can just try to pass a feeling.

Carla, you left a comment for iHanna at the Knit-a-long-sock group blog. I doubt she'll find your comment there, as that blog's been very innactive. You can find her under "Contac - My Web Page" on the profile page. "Blogs" only takes you to a Blogspot blog, but often those aren't the 'real' blogs people publish under. (There are a lot of group blogs in knitting circles, called knit-alongs (KAL).)

Wow - sat in a tree dreaming and reflecting - fab image and really original style. I like the slightly melancholy, wistfulness (but perhaps that's just me projecting on your reflection :))
